Over the years, I have sought out educational and work experiences to build and enhance my therapeutic skills. My experiences enabled me to improve my knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, building trusting therapeutic relationships, practicing compassion and empathy, and implementing mindfulness within my counselling sessions.
